You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped from our factory. Depending on how and where your order was shipped will determine whether your shipment includes a tracking number.

Please note: If your order contains personalized items, processing time may increase by 3 business days. No matter which shipping method you choose during checkout, we still need an additional 3 days to process your personalization.

Customer Responsibilities

For orders shipped to the EU, all applicable duties and taxes will be shown and charged at checkout. For orders shipped to other countries, the destination country will impose import duties or similar charges on your order once the package reaches its destination. The consignee has to bear additional customs clearance costs. We have no control over and cannot predict this fee. Customs policies vary by country and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Different stock quantities - If you have selected items with different shipping times, we will ship them to you when all items are ready.

Order Shipment - While we attempt to process and ship your order the same day, this may not be possible due to the following reasons:

Pre-Order - Products that are pre-ordered or ordered out of stock will be shipped within the period specified on the website
Payment Card Checks - From time to time we may need to carry out additional checks on your payment card which may delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Personalized Items - Items that require personalization (such as adding additional names, numbers and badges) may take up to 3 days to be ready to ship.
