How to refund your order:

How do I return an item?

1. Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Please have your order number and zip code ready to complete this process. This was sent to you in your order confirmation email.

2. After completing the on-screen return steps, select the return method and download the return label provided.

3. Apply the provided label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest mail drop point.

Once your package starts shipping, you will be able to track the progress of your return through the Returns Portal

As a reminder, refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Our returns process is simple. You have 90 days from the date the package was shipped to return it.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused and with original tags and price tags. Returns will be inspected and your refund processed upon arrival.

It may take up to 14 business days to process your refund. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

All return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important information:

1. DVD, video or PC and video games for opening, pierced jewelry and items made exclusively for your order, will only be refunded or replaced upon receipt of a damaged or wrong item.

2. Personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are only allowed if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. Once the jersey or shorts have been personalized, we accept no responsibility even if the player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.

3. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept return requests for specific products (such as underwear/swimwear that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons), or products that may deteriorate rapidly or expire.

Subject to your right to cancel, if you return the entire order within 14 days of ordering, we will refund all the money you received including shipping (if there were additional costs due to you choosing the standard and cheapest) and are non-refundable ). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back to our warehouse. If you return any or all items after 14 days but within the 90-day returns period, shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective, damaged or not as stated on delivery.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the first transaction. If it is not possible to refund electronically, we will process your refund by check.
