International Express: Our express company provides a full range of express services. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location, but may take longer, up to 10 working days from the day the order leaves our warehouse.

To use standard international shipping, your order must meet the following criteria. Standard shipping options will not be available if your order does not meet any of the following criteria:
· Orders must not exceed 2 kg
· The order amount must not exceed ¥1750
· Order size must not exceed 60cm x 60cm x 60cm
Remote areas may require longer delivery times. Shipping costs depend on the weight and quantity of the order.
If an order contains personalized items, this may increase the delivery time of your order regardless of the shipping service chosen. The estimated shipping time for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Custom orders/personalized orders can be shipped using the shipping service without a tracking number. If it has not been received, you must notify us within 40 days of the date of dispatch. We cannot guarantee any further assistance with the drop off of your order after 40 jobs.
