How do we protect your data?
We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect your credit card/personal information. You can place your order using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
Digital certificates encrypt data using SSL technology, an industry-standard method of securing web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication for TCP/IP connections. Since SSL is built into all major browsers and web servers, you only need to install a digital certificate to enable its SSL functionality.
SSL has two advantages, 40 bits and 128 bits, referring to the length of the "session key". Generated by every crypto transaction. The longer the key, the harder it is to crack the encrypted code. We use 128-bit encryption. Most browsers support 128-bit SSL sessions, which are trillions of times more powerful than 40-bit sessions.

We choose CyberSource as our partner for secure server software. They are a leading provider of payment systems for online businesses. Access to this machine is strictly controlled to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. Once your credit card details are passed to us, they are stored in an encrypted format on CyberSource servers.
Are transactions real-time?
All credit card transactions are done in real time. Immediately after you confirm your order, we will contact our payment service provider to verify the card and amount in order to obtain authorization before completing the order. Once your order has been confirmed and all custom shirts have been accepted by us, we will sign a binding contract upon dispatch from our warehouse.
Do you check for fraudulent cards?
When we receive your credit card details, an online check will be performed on your credit card with the acquiring bank. This process ensures that the number you enter actually corresponds to a real credit card number and not a fake card. The CyberSource system will also check various "hot card lists" to ensure that no credit card has been stolen. Verify your details online through a secure line with the bank. Credit card data is never sent over the Internet through a verification process. We will also run random security checks on your card to ensure fraud is prevented - please note that we have no intention of doing you any harm if the system chooses to do a random check on your card.
What else can I do to keep my details safe?
The second way to make sure you have a secure connection is to look for the GlobalSign logo or the RSA Data Security logo, and only buy from merchants you know and trust. Again, digital certificates are important. In addition to encrypting the data you send over the Internet, certificates are used to confirm and verify the identity of the website owner (in this case, the merchant). Since a digital certificate cannot be forged as an electronic signature, if the certificate has been issued by RSA DATA SECURITY INC. or GlobalSign Inc., the connection can be determined to be secure.
